Hopped with Triple Pearl, Columbia, and Mackinack, this hazy IPA has even bitterness accentuated by notes of pineapple, passionfruit and mandarin orange.

Can date 06-03-21. Small farm brewery/cidery that I'd never heard of though they have been around for 5 years.
Pretty beer, medium amber with a tall, persistent head of dense white foam. Lots of lacing drips all around above a slightly cloudy liquid but not thick with haze.
Aroma is light and hoppy, almost German lagerish saazy and herbal but more interesting. Varieties of hops listed are Triple Pearl, Columbus and Machinach. Hints of toasted grain and malt are equally timid but there and again, more interesting than a citrus blast but not announcing itself as an IPA.
The flavors in this beer shine in it's barely medium bodied fluid. Great balance of unique hop flavors and restrained bitterness with a delicious nutty grain character and swirling caramel malt sweetness.
The finish is mellow and spicey with a lingering grassy dryness.
Terrific, traditional India Pale Ale.
