A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has some hints of amber hues along with a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge.
S: Light aromas of biscuit and cracker malts are present in the nose along with hints of lemongrass.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the lemongrass flavors are a bit stronger and are most noticeable towards the finish. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pale ale is very easy to drink and the taste has a nice balance between the malts and hops.
