Copenhagen 3/5 2022. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. What could be a close up of the scales of a Golden Dragon on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golde yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing,
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor malts and a bit of sweet fruit mingling with dry citric scent. Sweet each and mango. Light whiff of alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not too heavy DIPA with a lot of intensity.
