Quite fruity; not hoppy enough for my taste

This is my favorite IPA, I live in Maine and had most of the world class local ones and this is my favorite, hits all my taste spots.

On draft at the source.
Creamy pale golden color with a small white cap. Leaves a bit of lacing.
Aromas of mango, grapefruit, passion fruit, and papaya.
Flavor follows the nose. Mango, citrus, papaya, passion fruit, and a touch of bready malt.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Goes down relatively smooth.
Overall, 3.5 across the board. A pretty good NEIPA but nothing special. Will have to try a can to give a more in-depth review.
