Tart, fruity, and absolutely delicious! Apricot takes center stage in this liquid symphony to one of our favorite treats ever, the apricot pie. Milk sugar, graham crackers, and just a suggestion of cinnamon round out the ensemble.

On tap at Crow & Wolf Brewing
A: Pours hazy peachy golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Lactic tartness, stonefruit, light hit of cinnamon, toasty graham crackery malt, and a hint of caramel sweetness.
T: Pleasant lemony lactic tartness, stone fruit, apricot and peach, nice touch of cinnamon, toasty graham crackers malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: One of my favorite local sours. Really fun one.
