We rolled a ton of Lupomax Columbus, Cascade and Simcoe hops into this crisp West Coast IPA. Resulting in a beer that will leave you feeling like a slice of butter melting on top of a big old pile of flapjacks.

On tap at Crow & Wolf Brewing
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Herbal, grassy, resinous, citrus, underlying tropical and stone fruit, bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous spicy pine, citrus, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, a little tropical and stone fruit, mango, papaya, peach, apricot, and passion fruit, grassy herbal notes, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Solid westy. Properly resinous with some nice fruity undertones.
