On tap at Crow & Wolf Brewing
A: Pours golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: A bit dank and herbal, followed by zesty citrus, tropical and stone fruit, resinous pine, a bit grassy, bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, and a touch guava, plenty of zesty and juicy citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, a little pine, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation
O: I'm a sucker for new hops so I had to see what this one was all about. These 2 play together beautifully. Very well done.
