Pours a clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crisp with some earthy, herbal hints. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus.
Taste is bready and a bit earthy and herbal. Crisp and clean with nots of citrus, rye, knäckebröd and some spice. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner, a little bit too earthy.
