poured from the pint can chilled in a tulip
The clarity is full on hazed with thick snow white head with fine bead and lace sticks to the glass
Smell is both fruity with melon and herbal bordering on grassy and spice-like with faint malt grainy aroma and gentle alcohol in the nose
the feel us mostly dry with moderately bitter texture moderately high carbonation and light sweetness with resins that coat the mouth with hop oils
Taste has plenty of earthy and herbal hops with mildly fruity almost grapefruit with warming alcohol in the back of the throat gets more bitter as ot warms with sweet and alcohol dryness as it finishes with lingering spice-like hop bitterness that is almost poney dry
Overall pretty solid hop profile but perhaps higher than necessary alcohol in taste a big hoppy bitter end with lingering warmth and spiciness intense in depth and in each component malt yeast and hops
