Honey Cream Ale
We started homebrewing in Wisconsin so naturally we like our cream ales with a little more ABV than you might be used to. We rounded out this beer with 30 lbs of honey but don’t think you are about to drink a glass full of sweat honey nectar. Honey is a fermentable sugar so the yeast already ate most of it before it could get to your glass. What they left behind is pretty tasty though!

12 oz. can. Minimal foam which disappeared quickly. The honey adds a bit of sweetness but not overpowering. A good, easy-drinking cream ale. This would be a great beer for summer.

The look is slightly cloudy but has a classic cream ale head. The smell is honey and malt, but the honey is not overwhelming. The taste has honey but is not overly sweet. The feel is crisp and light, but has a thick coating due to the honey. If you like honey or cream ales you should try this.
