Pineapple Sorbet fruited kettle sour. This beer was inspired by one of our favorite Southern California theme park Tiki Treats. We took our sour base and added some pineapple puree to add that sweet and tart we all love. Then added some lactose and organic French Vanilla beans to round out this whipped sensation.
