Resinous India Pale Lager. Unfiltered and double dry hopped with Citra Cryo and New Zealand Motueka. This IPL is super refreshing and thirst-quenching. A perfect balance of flavors for both those who seek lagers and IPAs.

On tap at MachineHead Brewing
A: Pours crystal clear golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Dank grassy herbal notes, resinous citrus zest, underlying tropical and stone fruit, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, citrus zest, lime, grapefruit, lemon and orange, grassy slightly dank herbal notes, a little tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, melon, faint passion fruit, and a hint of guava, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the lighter side of medium body, mildly lively carbonation.
O: Normally I'm all about these hops, but I think it's the melon and darkness that are keeping me from scoring this one higher. Overall a well made beer, but flavor wise I'm not in love with it.
