We brewed this sour with pineapples and conditioned it on some Cara Cara Oranges. The result is a tropical fruit smoothie like beer. We utilized some milk sugar as well to impart a creaminess to the body. This batch bursts with bright & tangy Pineapples and super juicy, delicious, aromatic Cara Cara oranges that have a complex, sweet-tart flavor.
