Our first 100% Mosaic Hazy IPA. We wanted to showcase one of our favorite hops in a standalone juicy Hazy. This Hazy is full of everything you would expect in an all-Mosaic IPA. We added some Mosaic Cryo to charge this up. Tropical Stone fruit, citrus and floral notes showcase all that Mosaic encompasses.

On tap at Machinehead Brewing
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, citrus, a touch of pine, a bit floral, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, lemon and a little tangerine, quickly followed with tropical and stone fruit, guava, mango, peach, apricot, and a little passion fruit, a touch of resinous pine, a hint of bubblegum, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Really solid mosaic hazy. My only gripe is it sits on the sweet side, which really hits hard if you had a sour beforehand.
