Named by our farm crew and perfected by our brewers, Valle is a flavorful and refreshing Mexican Lager. Brewed with 3 distinct grains, some of which are grown and harvested on our family farm. Valle is fermented cold for a clean crisp flavor. Drink it straight up or with a slice of lemon or lime.

On tap at Granzellas in Williams. 5.5%. Dark gold. Small white head to thin ring. Some lace. Aroma mild bread and apple. Taste zesty crispy herbal hop. Lots of toasted white bread. Simple but very enjoyable.

I had this on tap on a sunny summer day in Northern California and it hit the spot. Pours clean and clear. Standard, well-done, all around solid light and tasty summer lager.
