Hazy amber brew with plenty of foam in the St. Bernardus globe. Described as a Juicy West Coast IPA. Quite sudsy in the mouth. Faint aromas of peach and cucumber. Some fruity flavors of melon and grapefruit peel.
Fairly austere from the start and could hardly be called "juicy fruity." Unfortunately the astringent and acidic elements take over the taste budy. After a few sips this gets ghastly bitter. I would have to call it interesting but not very drinkable. From the 16oz can purchased at Bine & Vine.
