Slight haze on the amber brew and long-lasting foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Rich and malty with a moderate sugar content. Hoppy bite for some balance. Citrusy aroma with grapefruit nose. Considerable acidity, big and fruity, alcohol finish. This is interesting, and thankfully not the murky orange stuff. But challenging bitter aftertaste. Hops are listed as Cashmere, Azacca, and Strata. From the 16 oz can, no date.
