Pours a hazy, gray-hued lemonade color with a large yellowed head. Solid retention and soap bubble lacing.
Earthy citrus aroma of lemons and yuzu more than orange really. There’s some definite skunky sourness behind it, too.
The taste is packed with that earthy citrus, too: orange pith, yuzu, lemon. Some grassy, weediness is added to the mix; a touch of sugar; a solvent-like impression.
Fairly full bodied with fizzy, prickly carbonation.
A nice beer with interesting citrus flavors that don’t all come across as straight-up orange.
