Copenhagen 11/4 2023. 33 cl bottle from Belgisk Bryg, Emdrup Mosevej, Kbh. NV. A jubilant Troll jumping about on the label.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweet odor mingling with a boozy scent. Too old multi-fruit juice with a fermented touch, dark rum, mango and blackberries. Whiff of cooked vegetables.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively, tingling, fizzy drinks texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rum essence.
A weird brew. Reminds me of a Screwdriver where the orange juice is substituted by multi-fruit juice.
