Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 5/21/21. The can calls this "Alturas NA Golden".
Appearance: extremely heavy carbonation resulting in a massive head -- like a 4:1 ratio of head to beer. I'm hoping this doesn't mean it was infected or something. Body itself is a hazy golden hue and the head is pillowy eggshell fluff. I mean, I like it, even if it is some kind of accident.
Smell: it does not smell infected. In fact, it smells maltier than probably any other NA beer I've had. It has a sweet, malty, Belgian pale ale aroma, and I would never guess in a million years this was NA. Very good indeed.
Taste: light malt flavor with just a dash of earthy hop character. Of course, it's quite a bit lighter than the aroma -- there's the NA of it coming through. Still, not at all bad for NA.
Mouthfeel: massive carbonation, but still practically no body underneath; the curse of NA. That said, they give it the old college try here and it's not terrible.
Overall: just the aroma warrants high scores on this bad boy; I only wish the flavor backed it up a little more.

pours clear, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is meadow, grain, light sugar, and pilsner malt. Medium high carbonation, light body, sweet. Makes for a really good pilsner. Delicious and clean, perfect after a workout. Will be getting this again.
