Here's another new bewery for me, courtest of Johns Marketplace in Stumptown. Brewed with loads of unknown hops and raw grain in the NE hazy tradition. However, it's not murky and maintains good sippability without the usual slide into astringency.
Highly aromatic with mango, lemon, and papaya. Tastes of mango, pineapple, a splash of tangerine, and on down the fruit list. Quite sharp but stays away from acidity. Actually a very flavorful and drinkable highly hoppy brew and categorized correctly as a DIPA rather than NE, IMHO. From the 16 oz can. Canned date is 02/18/21, so if it's going on a year old my theory of the hazies improving with age may have some validity.
