Hand processed guava, heirloom navel oranges zested one at a time, and bright, tart, passion-fruit puree all combine for a tiki-splosion of tropical flavor, fermentation with Lactobacillus plantarum adds a sour backbone, along with a luscious and sweet mouthfeel from the addition of pear juice, coconut, and whole almonds. Top off with a splash of velvet falernum and dark rum for a tiki themed beer cocktail, or enjoy on its own as a fruit forward, sweet and silky sour.
