A brunchy twist on the classic sour German wheat beer. Brewed with Himalyan pink salt and Indian coriander, then punched up with fresh-squeezed Cara Cara orange juice. All the fun of a morning Mimosa, but light and refreshing enough to get away with drinking all day!

Had on tap. Super pale cloudy yellow body with a white collar, almost sickly. Smell and taste are the same: orange juice with salt, minerals, coriander, pressed flowers, and the base wheat is thin. A bit gimmicky but it is pleasant enough. Feel stars the adjuncts more than the base gose textures, smooth and crushable though. Would work in the summer

my first beer from these guys, first i have even heard of them i think, and its absolutely fantastic, one of the best fruited gose types ive had all year, stunningly well refined and authentic and the flavors are wonderful together, pink sea salt, coriander, and cara cara orange juice. the base beer is solid, wheaty and dry, light but not watery, effervescent, clean, not overly acidic but piquant up front, and full of minerals from the salt, really solid. the orange is natural, an essential oil vibe to them here, like fresh zested and only a touch sweet to balance the lactic acidity. ripe and tropical, and definitely doing the mimosa thing here. there even seems to be a wine element, not sure about the yeast or if its even from that or not, but this is more the cocktail than it is orange juice in beer to me, which i love, a pleasant surprise. the salt is just right and dries this out, also adds some flavor, and this is fast finishing overall. amazingly drinkable and refreshing, really distinctive and dialed in, i would definitely buy this again, and will be on the hunt for more from these guys. my wife loved it too, very impressive! excellent summer sour here.
