The Seed: A Living Beer Project

Brewed using NJ grown and malted barley and NJ corn, and hopped and dry hopped with Strisselspalt, Aramis, and Diamant hops. Fermented cold, and lagered until mature and visually lovely, this bright and expressive lager brings fantastic layers of comforting noble herbs, nectar laden flower blossoms, gentle citrus infused honey, and a touch of red berry over a crisp, dry, and clean base. Naturally carbonated and un-filtered or -fined.
