Old world inspired English Best Bitter. Notes of baskets filled with bready biscuits and citrus glazed biscotti, herbal tea, and a balanced bitterness.

On tap at the Blind Tiger in Manhattan, NY.
This one pours a light copper color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
It smells like tea and biscuits, it’s a bitter and it smells just right!
There’s definitely a light flavor, but that’s the style. It’s super soft tasting, tea-like and lightly bitter, with a wafer like malt character.
This is really drinkable, and I would imagine it would absolute shine on cask, like most bitters.
This is not quite to the level of their lagers, but it’s not bad at all.
