Mainly clear, honey amber pour and appearance in the glass; dense, lively carbonation; very thick, soft head, hilly looking top. Fantastic roasted grain nose; honey sweetness. Weak initial taste impression; develops into a richer, sweeter, toasted grain flavor. Medium bodied; a bit smooth and sticky.
The taste and mouthfeel both comes across rather flat and watery, subsequently degrading the appeal of the body and aroma. This is a good beer yet still forgettable overall.
