We’ve typically spent time during the off season down here to pursue different projects and experiment a little. Each winter we pick an aspect of a certain style of beer to tinker with and we go buck wild. The past few years we worked on our lager game and experimenting with new advanced hop products to boost hop aromatics in our IPAs. This year we’ve focused on adjunct grain profiles in our NEIPA grists. We’re matching our favorite hop profiles with new adjunct combinations, yielding incredibly plush pale ales that are wildly and profoundly hoppy. Enjoy!
