Bohemian Pilsner Style Lager Beer - #51
This batch is a very special Bohemian Style Pilsner, a lager beer that we brewed with Czech barley malt from a traditional floor-malting facility there, which underwent extended lees contact during a long, cold fermentation to develop texture and depth, a beer that balances richness and hay-like, grainy, and minty aromatics with freshness and verve.
Brewed for the festive season ยท Let the sparks fly.

Outstanding medium gold body; excellent carbonation; dense and creamy white head. Beautiful malt grain aroma with a classic noble hop aroma; grass and herbal notes. Outstanding base malt flavor; cracker and biscuit; moderate to bold hop bitterness; very nice spicy note note to the taste; white pepper; slight touch of sweetness. Medium body; crisp with a mild sharpness on the palate; gentle malt warmth coats the palate; semi-dry overall.
This beer brings some great complexity and depth to the palate. It is a prime example of the nuances and breadth of character a finely crafted lager can deliver.
