At Erie St. Gastropub on Erie St. East in nearby downtown Windsor; on tap and chilled, 4oz. in a flight of four beers. My ninth beer from the Kingston, Ontario brewery, and seventh for 2025. Leading an outing of my Responsible Beer Drinking Club...

First one from this brewer and hopeful it is ….fine….tried a Mid-feb batch well labelled on can by stamp (sign of a brewer that cares). Pours (into Teku) honey mustard opaque with good collar. Very mild nose here of forward bag of oats balanced with fine citrus. First sip is clean, fresh, light oats, bread, milk, cream and slight honey. Well balanced, finely. A fine start here.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and
some lacing. Aroma of citrusy juicy hops notes with some nice mango hoppy undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy notes with some juicy hops notes and hoppy undertones with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with great citrus flavors.

The look is great, grape fruit juice like, the taste is well balanced and despite the 7.1 hit you can easily drink a couple of these small cans down. Perfect for an outdoor BBQ or toss a couple in your golf bag.
