Durand purchase. Canned August 24, 2025. Served cold into a tulip. Listed as a Mosaic DIPA.
Appearance - Very hazy fairly golden brew with honey brown mixed in. Two fingers of decadent and foamy off-white head. Great staying power.
Smell - Quite subdued, a bit of pineapple, strawberry and other light citrus. Good smelling just very restrained in giving off aromatics.
Taste - Some sweetness form pineapple some passionfruit mixed in and likely some nectarine. More robust than the nose, but also a bit subdued.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, moderate carbonation and and heavy a bit juicy finish.
Overall - A nice DIPA with some good stuff going on but doesn't really standout in a sea of competitors.
