A beer for summer! This easy drinking Gose is refreshing and balanced, with a floral spice character and fresh citrus notes. Brewed with Himalayan pink rock salt and fresh zest from limes and oranges.

Poured a355ml can into a pilsner glass. A one finger white head on a hazy yellow. The head diminishes to a thin layer. Some lace rings.
Herbal and fruit notes in the nose.
Coriander followed by citrus. A malt finish. Some salt. Very slightly sour.
A medium light body and light carbonation.
Overall a fine Gose. An interesting flavour profile. Well worth a try.
