Pours a hazy pale yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crackery and yeasty with notes of citrus, wheat dough and toast with a hint of soap.
Taste is bready and yeasty with a solid vitterness. Notes of citrus, wheat dough, rye and toast.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice kellerbier, more bitter than usual.
