A Belgian-American style sour ale made with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria, aged in wine barrels for half a year. Light funky notes of grapefruit, tangerine and orange peel meld together to create a refreshingly tart finish.

Growler poured into a tulip
A- A hazy golden color with a two finger white head.
S- Sour lemons, cherries, some funk, oak, some wine.
T- Follows the nose with more white wine, nice amount of funk, sour lemons with some cherries, oak, touch of earthy spices, well balanced.
M- Smooth, crisp, light to medium body.
O- Well done, would love to be able to buy a bottle to age. Reminds me of Petrus Aged Ale.
