Had in North Wales.
The appearance was hazy golden amber with a frothy soapy white head. Lacing clung to the glass as I drank.
The aroma was very hoppy but of no distinct style, muddled.
The taste was dominated by a large dose of diacetyl, almost making this beer undrinkable.
It was very bitter and felt thick and resinous on the palate. I thought I might have beer drinking a double. The bartender didn't know and didn't care.
Anyway, pass on this one if your down there.
