Draft offering appears a clear yellow color with anwhite froth that holds across the top with fair retention. Small patchy lace sticks to the glass.
The aroma is primarily lemony lacto with an accenting nondescript fruity quality that is enjoyable. Pretty simple but good nose on this that is clean.
The tastr is lemony with a dusty earthen and grain-like brett/lacto inclusion. Some grain like wheat sweetness is present to break things up a bit.
This is a light bodied brew with a moderate amount of carbonation. Quite crisp and easy drinking. A pleasant introductory sour of sorts, not bad but not all that memorable either.
