Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.

On tap at Iron Hill - Maple Shade. Dark and fruity, but a little light bodied. Prunes, raisins, a hint of anise and coriander. Flat and sticky finish.
