on draft @ location served in pint glass.
A: Stale orange coloring with no visible carbonation and an antique white head that was thick and frothy and holding. Great lace coverage as the entire glass, was lined with stratified bands throughout the drink while the topping always retained a covering.
S: Aroma of sweet fruitiness, applesauce and oranges being the most obvious. Strong fruit of cherries are also bright, with a pleasant background of citrus. It is however the fruitiness that takes center stage here, with a decent amount of strength that is sure enough to entice and holds rather well.
T: The flavor had a good deal of flowery bitterness, overlying some stone fruit. Apples, bittering oranges, and a dry sense of citrus interludes. Very good strength overall, bittering with a respectable ibu in regards to the most prejudice of hop heads. Bittering flowery hops of stone fruit are left behind to the tongues delight.
M: The mouthful was pleasantly soft and delightful, quiet of carbonation and a soft creaminess and froth.
O: A nice fresh nose, highly hopped and bittering ibu for flavor, shows off the vast spectrum of the galaxy hops. Enduring flowery bitterness on the finish, good drink-ability, should satisfy the most stringent of hop heads.
