11/6...draft. Bright gold, no foam. See through and bright. Hints of grains, straw, and citrus. Clean crisp taste with a light lemon citrus mixed in. Light and refreshing.

I tried this on tap at the Lancaster location -described as a Kolsch on the menu. Served chilled in a small goblet/wine glass.
The color is resplendent golden with good clarity and small bubbles that rise lazily to a small ring of beads on the surface with no lace collection. The smell has a fruity scent with a golden apple/pear type odor with light sulfuric mineral in the yeast and mild malt smell. The feel has mild sweetness with yeast in texture and medium high carbonation level with low bitterness and a dry finish.
The taste is slightly yeast influenced up front with a dry malt backing and mineral pilsner quality with gentle fruity yeast quality and light herbal hop flavor with yeast continuing after the light toasted grain flavor recede. This is a good session strength -4.5% kolsch with nice drinkable German style ale qualities with low hops and mildly fruity taste.

I thought this was a nice sessionable beer. The taste was very crisp and clean and had the hoppy and citrusy finish. I filled up my growler to take to the beach, I think this beer is great for the remainder of the hot days. It reminded me a lot of a KOLSCH style.
