I tried this on tap at Iron Hill Lancaster-served chilled in a stemmed glass. Described as an American IPA brewed with only cascade hops.
The color is deep golden with light haze and thin white head with fine bead and lace that sticks. The aroma is very full of floral and Grapefruit hop notes with a citrus combination and slight spice in the nose with mild malt -basically like huffing cascade hop pellets. The feel is great with medium high bitterness and semi-spiced texture with light malt backing and semi-dry finish with low alcohol in the feel.
The taste is slightly herbal with a dry semi-bitter flavor with grapefruit in the taste and slightly tropical quality with some sweetness from the malt to balance in the middle. The alcohol is mild in the taste coming in late with a long bitter finish which is dry. Overall this is a solid IPA, nicely done with plenty of hop aroma and flavor not just bitterness
