On tap at the brewery in Hershey.
This was poured into a lager glass and looked really damn nice!
The appearance was a crisp bronzed yellow to copper color with a small cap of a little white foamy head. Slid off to leave some messy lace.
The aroma had a great blend of grassy to semi-earthy spicy hops up front punching at some light biscuit malt tones.
The flavor seemed to meld all of those prior mentioned aromas together sweetly yet bringing in a pronounced spicy evenflow of the two tasting profiles. Keen aftertaste of biscuit and grassy to spicy hops.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Crisp spicy to bsicuity finish.
Overall, as a Czech pilsner, I would say this works and I would definitely have again.
