This is the second runnings of the light lager fermented with a Belgian yeast strain.
Appears a light gold with a small white head and a solid ring of lacing left around the glass.
Smell is of some candy(although no candy sugar was used in this brew), light fruit, straw, banana, melon, and a definite Belgian yeast that's evident.
Taste is of the same aromas.
Mouthfeel is mildly bitter, a tiny bit sour with a medium body and subtle, thin finish that doesn't seem to take away from what they were trying to do.
