Dark ruddy brown, approaching black, with a tan crown. Insanely huge aroma of sherry, vinegar, cherry and vanilla-tinted bourbon. Taste matches the huge nose: cherry, cherry, plum, vanilla, oak, sour. Astringent back end. Creamy feel with strong carbonation. This is way too big. All the right flavors are there, it's just way too concentrated.
