Golden yellow in color with excellent clarity. Poured with a shirt, creamy, bright white foam with very good retention. Sweet, dark fruit and citrus aromas with earthy dank notes and medium maltiness. Medium light bodied with soft, medium high carbonation and light boozy warmth near the finish. Citrus and dark fruit flavors up front followed by medium, earthy, spicy hop bitterness through the middle. Dark fruit and floral hop flavors from the middle to the end. Finished semi-dryly with fruit and floral notes followed by brief hop bitterness. Finished fairly cleanly for an ale. Great hop character and well balanced. Feel was a bit light, but the more robust carbonation helped to round out the mouth feel. Easy drinking.
