A - poured a 1" creamy, motly-lasting head over a hazy, hazy light copper-hued body.
S - significant notes of straw and grains come forth, unmalted, though. Slight hoppiness, and a deeply doughy yeast fruition.
T - a little less pronounced, overall, vs. the scent, but still a solid on style brew. Probably the best on tap out of 11 that day.
M - really had a nicely medium body and a creaminess that felt almost off a hand pump, not quite, but almost.
D - um, yep. Absolutely. Wish I didn't have to go so quickly, I would have had many more.
