Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

11/6...pours bright gold, some tarnish. Ring of foam. Light wheat nose, but faint. Wheat taste, then a light bitter flicked in. Dry. Edgier than a typical hefe. Pretty good.

On tap at Maple Shade location. Peachy aroma more than banana. Yes banana in taste as promised, but also some sweet infused taste including pineapple that tasted too good to be intrinsic. On the sweet side, as a purist, it's clean notes, but somewhat too magical fruit for the style.
