Really good take on the Wee Heavy and even at 6.5% ABV it goes down very smoothly.
L: Pours a dark reddish brown with a moderate head, not much lacing and minor retention.
S: Rich caramel malty sweetness with some bready grain.
T: Taste follows the nose, rich malty sweetness, bready grains a hint of smokey flavor.
F: Crisp, light and refreshing. Could be a bit thicker but its not watery.
O: Solid beer I don't drink this style much so I don't have a ton to compare it to but it's enjoyable to drink and tasty.
