Aged on French Oak...
Appears a light golden amber with a small, off-white head that slowly fades into a mild cap. Streaky bits of lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of vanilla, tart grapes, black cherries, raspberries, and barnyard funk. A touch of diacytel is noticed at first but after a moment of resting, it goes virtually undetected.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with just the right amount of tartness in a sweet/sour goodness that keeps me coming back for more.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, lip smacking, nicely carbonated, and actually a bit refreshing.
