A crisp, clean and refreshing example of the classic German pilsner. Subdued yet apparent malt sweetness complemented by a subtle, exquisite expression of the spicy and floral notes of noble hops.

On tap at the North Wales, PA location into a pilsner glass.
Pours a translucent light golden yellow with about one and a half fingers of white head. Great retention and lacing.
Smells bready and peppery.
Spicy, sharp taste. Pepper and light bready with a dry crisp finish.
Medium to high carbonation. Dry aftertaste with light bitterness.
This is a plus pilsner. A joy to drink.
