The Patron Saint of Iron Hill Brewery. Our Belgian-style Quadrupel is brewed with pounds and pounds of pale and roasted malts, Belgian candi sugar, and traditional European hops, then aged in rum barrels for twelve months. Rich and full-bodied, with notes of brown sugar, juicy dark fruits and a sweet, spicy complexity from the rum barrels.
