On tap at Station Taproom, 2/27/11.
A-Pours an opaque dark brown with a huge frothy off white head and lingering tan head.
S-Mmmm. Sweet lactose, coffee and a hint of bittersweet chocolate.
T-Delicious. Rich sweet chocolate, a bit of roasted coffee and some nice lactic sweetness. Nicely sweet without cloying at all.
M-Medium bodied, nicely rich.
D-Wow! Awesomely drinkable and smooth; does not show any indication of booze or heat. I could drink this all day.
